Philippe and Edouard Pierre are brothers with a passion for doing things right. Both born and raised in Chicago to French parents, they settled in Newburgh, NY after stints living different parts of the world. Having always had a hand in the family real estate business, including several historic renovations, they began offering their services and expertise to home-owners and landlords in Mid-Hudson Valley.

Philippe Pierre
Philippe is in the office making sure the project is on budget. He is charge coordinating with design professionals, obtaining permits, estimates, billing and financing. He has experience in property development, property management, and real estate transactions. He is also an avid sailer and enjoys tinkering on his Toyota Landcruiser.

Edouard Pierre
Edouard is in the field making sure the project is on-time. He is in charge of coordinating the trades and laborers, ensuring materials are on-site, and making sure the project is built according to plan. He has 10 years of in-the-field experience and is a licensed real-estate salesperson. He enjoys cultivating on his family homestead farm and riding motorcycles.
